This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for orders placed with YateBowl. Please review the details carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 30 natural days from the date of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers should not send items back without prior confirmation.

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Restocking Fee
A 1% handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount once the return is processed.
Refund Processing Time
- Return requests are reviewed within 3–5 natural days
- After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 natural days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Items show signs of use or damage
- Items are returned without prior approval
- Items are missing original packaging
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they enter the processing stage.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchange services.
If you need a different item, please place a new order after completing the return process (if eligible).
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Taxes and Duties
Any applicable import duties, sales taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
