At YateBowl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 natural days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at service@yatebowl.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 natural days.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from our team.

4. Return Address

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet our return eligibility criteria.

7. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

  • Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 natural days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they enter the processing stage (usually within 12 hours of placement).

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

10. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@yatebowl.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
